Mint stamps exchanges.

I have sent the stamps on 17th November itself. But the status is showing In progress inspite of clicking on Sent.

After you request an address, you have to mail the letter to that address. Don't forget to write the id on the envelope. It will stay "in progress" until it is registered by your partner when it will arrive at the destination.
