Dear Admin ...i have received a "warning" of a negative rating and with it a reduced linit of sends.
I would like to point out that the rating Khanus of israel given for SG 94 was harsh so to speak. he claims I have sent him damaged stamps and that they were scissors cut. The member refers to the set of 5 Malasysian butterfly stamps which i tore off from a stamp booklet of 10 (this can be seen from SG 95)and SG 92. they were machine cut by stamp issuing authority. It is not my fault,
Please help to adjust my rating and restore my limit. Please do not unjustly penalise me.
