Good day, dear colleagues! I noticed one interesting thing. Exchanges can be different, series can be both complete and not. But only exchanges from India are always incomplete series and all postage stamps are 5 rupees. I have more than 20 such exchanges and all postage stamps for all exchanges are 5 rupees and there is not a single complete series. And only such statistics are from India. I wonder what this is connected with? Who can enlighten me? Maybe there are some national or religious restrictions? Very interesting!
