Mint stamps exchanges.

Hi,

I want to send 10 mint stamps and clicked on the button to send me an address, but I received an address in Russia, Ukraine and again Russia. Due to the restrictions postal service to Russia is disrupted and I think the post in Ukraine has other issues than delivering 10 mint stamps...
If I go ahead with the exchanges I think none of my letters will reach its destination!

So I cancelled all 3 exchanges, but this gives me a penalty of less exchanges for 3 months.
Can this be changed?

@BelgiumThomas, I have removed the limitations for those canceled exchanges in this situation.
Recently I added "Mail restrictions" page. You can find the link in the left menu. Add there the restrictions that your country has for specific destinations to avoid getting those countries again until shipments are resumed.

I sent a letter to Russia but got it back. 'Return to sender".

I went to my local bpost (Belgian Post) office and the lady at the counter told me all transport to Russia is currently stopped. Letters are simply collected, but not transfered.
From your experience it seems that other European countries still have normal postal service with Russia, but I can only rely on what is told by bpost...

bpost still handles shipments to Ukraine and neighboring countries. Commercial shipments to Russia and Belarus are suspended.

The current situation in Ukraine makes it difficult to transport and distribute shipments to Ukraine and Moldova. Therefore serious delays should be expected for both countries.

bpost management has decided to stop all express and commercial shipments to Russia and Belarus until further notice. bpost will continue to accept letters, Economy & Standard parcels to Russia and Belarus. However, delays in transport and additional customs control will cause delays.

Good afternoon! I receive letters from Europe without problems. My letters to Europe also reach. Came to Bulgaria today. I recently received a letter from the UK and the Netherlands.
Delivery times have not changed.
