You have one letter sent 108 days ago. After 90 days you should see it in the first page after you log in. In the section "Incoming expired". You can mark it as "Not received". See the explanations from that page for mode details.
The sender also has an option to mark it as "Mailed", and in this case the letter will be considered lost. If the sender does not mark it as "Mailed", then the letter will be canceled after another 90 days (180 in total) and you will receive a slot back and someone else will send you a letter.
