My 10 Envelopes reached its destination successfully and I got all 5 stars, but I have received only 4 back. Please help me sort this.

There was an error affecting older tickets. It affected especially people that did not sent new letters in a while. Like in your case. I corrected this and you should start receiving now. I apologise for this.

Still even after 6 months I haven't received anything. Why the system assigns swapping partners for same people not to me. Please check the algorithm, and do the needful as early as possible.

Thanks for your reply Danubius. I am eagerly waiting for the envelopes before signing up for new contacts to reduce the gap.

You have tickets available. This means the members can send you stamps.
Unfortunately things go slower because the number of members is low.
You will eventually get exchanges for the tickets that you have.
