If you requested to send stamps, you can go to the page "Stamps exchanges" section "In progress" and click on the ID of the exchange. You will find there the address of the member you need to send stamps to.
To send a message to a person you need to be logged in. Go to that member's profile page and you will see there an option to send a message.
