Mint stamps exchanges.

I've registered a few time ago in this club and I've received three letters with uncompleted sets. Please, I ask for the collectors that send the sets full because if we haven't the full sets, we don't have anything.

I just registered and twice the profile of one person fell out who only needs kits or Europe Cept .I'm confused

If people don't have complete sets, they don't have complete sets (why would they *not* send complete sets if they have them?) And don't try to change the rules by just repeating your argument. I suggest you change the sentence in your profile "I want to receive complete sets." into something less demanding: "If you can send complete sets, I would really love that".

But always will be best to have complete sets, won't be?.
I know the rules Ok, but if you haven't a complete set, it is as don't have anything. I think that doesn't cost a great effort and is beneficial everybody

There are the rules:
10 mint stamps.
Unique stamps, no doubles.
Stamps in good condition.
Trust me , everybody wants to get complete sets.
If you dont like the rules, you are free do not take apart in this project.|
